FIXED ROD
The Fixed Rod Build Style is when the rods are attached directly into the walls and we do not use the end gables or lower shelves, this allows us to save a lot of material while still providing the same amount of hang space, there can be no shelving in the hang sections however as we dont have the end gables to support them and the rods are not as easily adjustable. We can add top shelves only to this style, above a rod section as these typically have to be cut at an angle on site to match the wall angles which requires more time and skill then a regular shelf.

OPEN BOTTOM
The Open Bottom Build Style is when we add end gables which allows us to add as many shelves in the hang sections below and above as needed, also the rods are more easily adjustable, we do not use the toe kicks or lower shelves however and the gables will be notched to clear the baseboards, this allows us to still save some material & repair costs while providing the same amount of storage. This style is priced in between the fixed rod & full build styles.

FULL BUILD
The Full Build Style is when we add end gables & the toe kick base, this style allows us to add as many shelves in the hang sections below and above as needed, also the rods are more easily adjustable, there is a continuous “toe kick” that runs along the base and a bottom shelf that gives it a more “built in” appearance. This style also has the option for added backing, The cost of this style is higher however as it requires more material and labour vs the fixed rod and open bottom styles.

KITCHEN BOXES
The Kitchen/Single Box Build Style is where each “section” is its own “cabinet”, this means they all will have solid backs and double gables. They can be done in a combination of Floating and Floor Systems as well as different unit depths, these are typically done in kitchens as there is usually a higher budget required. It is also common for these systems to have upgraded finishes and hardware and are typically in “higher traffic” areas. We are also able to supply and install top quality countertops (Quartz, Granite, Marble, Laminate, Butcher Block etc.) as well as providing full kitchen renovations!

CUSTOM
The Custom Build Style is basically any type of build other than the previously mentioned standard build styles. These can be Fireplaces, TV Units, Laundry Rooms, Mud Rooms etc. These units require various amounts of materials and typically have upgraded finishes and hardware, therefore these are always priced case by case and do not go by our standard “linear foot” pricing system. We can use almost any type of materials and/or finishes at the customers request, and can help with much more than just the cabinetry if needed such as flooring, painting/drywall, electrical/plumbing/hvac, counters/backsplashes/tile work, trim work and much more!

ECONOMY
The Economy Build Style is the standard “builder grade” materials that we remove from other customers prior to installing our new custom closet systems. We collect the “like new” components and discard the damaged or unusable parts. We offer most of these for free to others with smaller budgets, this helps to reduce over all waste and if customers would like then we can install these for them and they would pay for the labour only, however as these are not our own “top quality” materials we cannot offer our lifetime warranty on this system (*offered on every other system). Customers also have the option to pick these recycled components up from our shop and can install themselves to save the most!
